LitExtension helped us migrate our store over from an ancient PrestaShop installation. They were prompt and professional and helpful - and much better than Shopify's built-in tools. They ran the migration multiple times and were super responsive to our changing deadlines. Would really recommend.

I was migrating my shop from Volusion to Shopify (of course one of the sites that doesn't migrate easily to Shopify) and the customer service/chat people at Lit Extension were a HUGE help. I would say if you're moving from Volusion to Shopify to be aware that gift certificates, discount codes and customer email preferences didn't migrate over- luckily I was able to get the 4,500 customer email preferences updates through LitExtension, but not the other things. I did use the self-migrate option, because it was supposed to be simple, but as is everything with Volusion, it was not, so maybe if I used the more expensive option they would have been able to do that for me but I worked with what I had and we FINALLY are up and running.

Ralph has been exceptional through out our migration from old OpenCart store to Shopify. Ever since the first migration I set up, which Ralph then helped edit and adapt to our exact requirements, he has always been on hand: quick to answer, efficient and super helpful. The whole process took us over two months, during which time Ralph would check in from time to time to see if he could help with anything as well as giving encouragement after looking at our developing site as it took shape. Nothing was too much bother and the answer was always "Yes no problem, done that, anything else I can help you with?" Thank you!

What a great service. I migrated our Nurture the Nest children's clothing store from the Florida based Shift4Shop (formerly 3dCart) to Shopify. It worked really well. The technical support was polite and very fast. Any issues specific to our migration were dealt with quickly. Out of hours support, and a good long window in which to do your migration. I am just so glad I found them. And even some time later I had a question and support had not forgotten us, they were absolutely great to work with

We just completed a very extensive migration from an older eCommerce platform (ShopSite) to Shopify. I simply could not have done this without LitExtension. ShopSite is a very unique platform, and getting all the data out properly was incredibly complex. Yet LitExtension handled it so, so well.
