New UPDATE: They offered me to keep the plan as agreed when I signed up. Thank you .

NEW UPDATE: I signed up a free plan (up to 50 orders/month) and now they are asking me 100$ /month. I waste so much time setting up this app since and now they are tricking me. YOU GUYS ARE NOT OK. I will report this to Shopify since it sounds not fair to me.

UPDATE: the app is good but the support wast a lot of my time going on with a super long chat where they just "copy and paste" the same message without really try to help. Bad communication when you get to technical issues. Claudiu is very kind but he just take care of the commercial / first contact . When it comes to actual issues be ready to waste a lot of time for nothing. Not even the basics of a efficient communication to get to a solution. Very disappointed. My time is costly and I don't like to waste it like this.

Very good app, it does the job. Also the support team is very helpful to clarify any additional doubt related to extra tracking issue (maybe due to third party plugins).

Their customer service basically doesn't understand any technology, I asked them to help me install google purchase events, but they basically couldn't provide any help. I wasted almost a month on this app and got nothing. Sales fell sharply. It is not recommended to use this app, it is a huge trap

Absolutely zero value in this app the native shopify integration is absolutely fine. It messes up all your connections later down on road.

Don’t bother! Find something else!! The littledata app isn't tracking the events well. Some days it misses 100% of the events, some days it counts double. The biggest issue is that it is attributing the ads incorrectly. Sales generated by one ad is attributed to a totally different ad. The support is slow and useless. I'm seeking help with events on FB but they're tell me how to fix it in google analytics. Therefore this app should be removed before it starts ruining things better yet don’t install it!!!?

**Update: They're apparently addressing this issue in a new version of the app**

If you're like me and are used to looking at your reports by SKU and have a good SKU naming convention to make report reading easy and fast, this app will require you to add an extra step to see your SKUs again since they send Shopify IDs to your SKU column. They need to address this issue. I couldn't even look beyond that point at the rest of it. Now I'm looking at the last 30 days of sales data and I can't tell what I'm looking at.

We've just launched our v8 tracking script with many improvements, including sending Shopify variant SKUs to Google Analytics. You're welcome to try the app again with an extended trial and see if find the improved data helpful.

Be careful. I've had a very bad experience with Littledata Tracking (GA4).
Zero benefit. Money wasted as if they were the ones who invented GPT or the whole internet in general. Their goal is to take money, not to help you make money

The app helped us a lot and it provides a lot of useful data. Certainly, a good economic app to give you extra insights into your e-commerce activities. The support is amazing and Cornelia is a star at LittleData always helpful and always providing spot on insights. Much recommended.

We were having problems with our Google Analytics sales/sessions data not matching the data from Shopify. Little Data was the perfect solution for us. With Little Data, we quickly got our Shopify store connected to Google Analytics, and now our google analytics data is looking much more accurate, allowing us to utilize DataStudio for reporting. Also - their support was very helpful along the way. Great product and company!

Will update review once I have issue resolved. I have a major ocnnection issue they've been accomodating and deserve a 5 star, however, I can't see where my plans cost is set, I couldn't do connection, slow responses, and now two invoices that have false bills on them. They did reply... will update when I have been refunded, applcation functionality isn't working yet it's promising. Will update this asap problems are resolved, hopefully sooner than later.

It was nice to count with LittleData support on our setup phase. Bianca & David were dedicating all time needed to make sure all was correctly set up and also helped us debug some initial issues we were having. They were kind and supportive in the whole initial process. Happy to be working together.

I have spent well over 30 hours trying to connect my store > recharge > google analytics and google ads using this app and I was unsuccessful. The support staff refused to help. It's an unnecessary app and was sold on marketing claims made on their website. It all sounds good but reality is, it simply did not work. Had the support staff taken a small chunk out of their day to help me with the initial set up, I would have paid for this app indefinitely - without probably ever using it. I wouldn't waste your money monthly - just take the time to set up the various connections on your own or seek someone who can. Thanks.

Despite your prior setup issues with external tools and third party apps, our Support team offered to step in to audit your setup. We requested access to your Analytics account so we could take a closer look at any setup issues that we noticed, but we didn’t hear back from you regarding this. You’re free to respond so we can pick up where we left off!

First. I advise all users to review the events sent in real time - the application works incorrectly.
Support, as it responds over time, you wait and receive information that it works great, and buy enterprise.
The application also has errors in the panel.
Besides, you spend an hour showing through screenshots that something is wrong and littledata writes that it's great and you know go to enterprise. Maybe first show that the standard support and the application work.

For businesses that use subscription apps and have two checkout flows (Recharge/Bold/etc), this app gives you confidence that your core KPIs (AOV, CR, Abandonments) are accurate. This is the only way we've been able to get accurate reporting data that we trust. Critique is that the App is 'sensitive' and displays lots of 'warnings' for issues that are not really issues, so having an ongoing dialog with customer care is key (we signed up for the Enterprise version to have them manage these issues directly).

Not much value in this app. Free trial does not provide much data/functionality. We've had problems for months getting everything to sync - still doesn't work. Customer service is condescending. Waste of money and more importantly, time.

Our support team responds within an hour, and we'd be happy to give you another free trial (including full functionality) if you can explain what's not working.

Worthless app, doesnt do anything. Free trial is pointless as it only checks your data monthly if it all. Tells me it may take a few minutes, took over 4 hours to pull in 10 weeks of data. Dont waste your money on things that can be achieved for free with Google Data Studio

Sorry you didn't have a good experience of our app. We've now updated the messaging for our audit and benchmark features to make it clear it could take up to a day to gather the data we need. But that still gives you over 10 days to trial to add the improved data to Google Data Studio or another visualisation tool or your choice.

I'm giving a 5-star review of Littledata-Google Analytics. Here is why. The marketing company I hired to run my AdWords account informed me that my enhanced e-commerce wasn't set up properly. This app fixed that issue during installation! I will definitely upgrade to premium version in the coming months!

I really liked the smoothness of the app; the overall 'look and feel'.

I instantly knew I had a solid solution on hand for a problem that most of us struggles with: Weeding out bad or misleading information from Google Analytics.

Fixing my Google Analytics datafeed with this app is SO much more easy than doing it manually and definitely a huge win for our store.

Wonderful and insightful to see what' s going on with your store and what needs to be fixed.
I love this app because it simplifies all actions on the app itself and tell me what to do in order to increase my stores sales.
The more information you have on your customers the better.

By using this in conjunction with Shopify's Reports and Google Analytics, you can quickly see what's working and what's not, boost your customer retention, boost your conversions and sales.
