It's very rare to see an app where the developer actually has thought about the interface as well as how the customer would interact with the app. Combine this with a premium and blistering fast support and you have the only options app you would probably ever need. It's also a pleasure to see an app with full functionality on the free plan to allow you to grow along with the paid plans. All in all very well executed.

This is hands down the best customized product app on Shopify. I tried others but they couldn't do what this app could do. The customizer is clean and will look great on your website. The best support too. They get back to you within a few hours. They help you until you're satisfied with the results.

Tolle App. Liefert alles was man braucht. Sehr nützlich ist auch die Möglichkeit des Datei Uploads. Auch die Konfiguration ist nach ein paar Tutorial Videos gut hinzubekommen. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden!!!

I recently migrated my online store from another platform to shopify. One of the main reasons for doing that was to get access to developer apps like this one. My primary product type is customized, handmade gifts. I needed a robust app that allowed customers to personalize their items and be able to get a live preview of how it will look. After reviewing demos on a few different apps and looking over the feedback, I decided on this app and I have not regretted my decision. You can set up product options quickly and easily but it's also packed with lots of advanced programmable functionality if you need it. The most difficult parts for me were some display issues with my theme and I reached out to support and Michael was quick to respond. Most issues were handled with a few hours after providing access to my admin so he could make the necessary changes in my theme. But there is also plenty of help documentation for advanced users to do those items on their own. I'm very happy with how everything turned out and I would highly recommend this app to shop owners that sell custom products.

Ich nutze die alle Apps mit allen Zusatzmodulen,sowie die Apps Upload Lift und Cloud-Speicher, um auf artidomo.de Druckdaten für Fine-Art-Prints entgegen zu nehmen. Früher hatte ich das Problem, dass Kunden Dateien hochgeladen haben, die nicht dem bestellten Seitenverhältnis entsprachen. Jetzt kann ich dem Kunden ein visuelles Tool anbieten, wo er den zu druckenden Ausschnitt festlegen kann. Der Upload zum Cloudspeicher lässt sich an Bedingungen knüpfen. Wirklich extrem durchdacht und vielseitig. Wir bieten z. B. vorgefertigte Formate an und der Kunde kann passend zum bestellten Seitenformat seinen Ausschnitt mit dem passenden Seitenformat wählen. Auch freie Formate sind machbar, dann mit freiem Verhältnis im Editor. Passend dazu wird in diesem Fall ein Grundpreis und ein Quadrameterpreis berechnet. Passender Weise kann man auch abfragen, ob z. B. der Variantentitel 20x30 enthält und so nur passende Bilderrahmen als Upselling mit anbieten. Die vielen anderen Funktionen wie Texte auf Produkte darzustellen nutzen wir nicht, sieht aber auch alles sehr durchdacht aus. Zum Support:

Just moved all my custom options to this app 100%. I started using their other app Upload Lift ( so customers can upload photos and files ) and I was so impressed with the ability to upload multiple files at once because no other app allows you to do it without making an extra field for each file and it was just getting too busy if you need to collect 4 or 5 images. So I was using their uploader in combination with other custom options app but when I heard that they are launching their own custom option app I was really looking forward to it so I can keep my options all under one app. At first, it didn't have a price add-on option but Michael said that they are working on adding this feature and as promised it was added just 2 weeks later. Had some issues with the price add-on feature and my currency converter app but Michael took care of it and now everything is running as expected and the product page looks super clean and professional. Best file uploader and custom product options app from all I have tried. Took a bit of time to get used to navigation but once you get the feel of it it's a straightforward process. Thanks again !

The best app for custom product options that we have seen for Shopify. Very comprehensive in terms of options and setup. They have far exceeded almost 100% of what we needed.

Moreover, the support is excellent. They respond quickly and almost always provide a good solution to your problem.

Great support: customer service is outstanding; all my questions were answered in no time. There are some useful user guides (including videos). Packed with functionalities: the app offers a host of functions and personalization options, including file uploads, conditional logic, and live preview. The app inherits the aesthetic of your website, and you can customize fonts, size, and colors. Translation: if you are running a multilingual website, you can easily translate words and sentences within the app, and do not need to worry about the product options app not being compatible with your translation app. Value for money: the pricing depends on the number of products sold and not on the functionalities, which means you can get access to an incredibly powerful product options app with an infinite number of features and functionalities, and you pay more as you grow.
