I canceled subsription and unistaled app, but still charged.
Charges are done by Shopify, not apps! As app developers we have to explain this every time; Shopify puts the app charges on your 30-day biling cycle, if you cancel let's say at day 15, you will still see the charge at the 30th day on the combined Shopify invoice. This is done automatically, there is NO way for apps to prevent this.
We ALWAYS offer refunds for the last payment, send us your invoice and we refund it asap.

This plugin is really terrible. The pricing is always wrong and fails to display the correct amounts. I reported this to the customer service, but they just said they couldn't reproduce the issue. This has forced me to issue constant refunds to my customers, who have accused me of being unprofessional. It’s absolutely awful, and I have no choice but to switch to another app.

Terrible. Bad customer service, glitchy app, and there is no way to cancel your subscription in the app. I still dont get a response and i am going to be charged for the next monthly cycle.
1. This is a paid Shopify app. Uninstalling the app automatically cancels the subscription.
2. We always offer refunds for the last months payment, no questions asked.
3. The merchant never replied, and actually closed his store. (He just left this review before closing the store..)
Please save yourself some time. Buggy app, bad support, sometimes does not charge engraving fees. Steer clear!

Our app is well tested, so there is most likely an issue on your theme. All our plans include theme support, we always do our best to resolve such issues for our Merchants!
Just so many issues with a larger store. Also a disaster if you use coupons, particularly collection specific coupons (For example, 20% off all tees). Just a nightmare.
Hi Scott, the issue you are referring to is related to Shopify Draft orders, which don't support all discount types (Platform limitation).
Our app now actually supports the newest Checkout extensibility, which supports all Discount types.

I'm very disappointed. The app has difficulty implementing extensive configurations. Customer support confirmed this in writing. Afterward, I'm transferred to a supervisor, who rudely and unprofessionally fobs me off, even though I've repeatedly described all the steps for the desired configuration in as much detail as possible. No support, no insight, and we only had a few configurations in the shop. It would have been easy to familiarize ourselves with the products. No interest in addressing the problem. Many other apps are significantly better. Afterward, I requested a cancellation of the contract, but there was no further response.
Those statements are simply not true, Michael. We've been fumbling with your app since February 2025, and the implementation isn't working. Your integration was far too late and was very arrogant and unprofessional. Furthermore, the app isn't "the best"—it only has 271 reviews. There are better ones! Dear Maren Jackwerth, you sent us 20+ emails and were not able to explain your issue. I offered twice to schedule a call, and you failed to reply.
Your review makes incorrect claims, I stand to correct your review;
1. We have many happy customers (see our reviews) with some very complex configurations that process thousands of orders daily.
2. We are one of the best options and customizer apps with extensive features like quantity discounts / bundles / dynamic live preview / price formulas.
3. We always offer refunds when asked.
An incomprehensible app. I worked on it for 10 days to figure out how to set up a customization, but understanding Aramaic is easier. I've been working on product configurators for various CMSs for 15 years, and I've never seen a more confusing and needlessly complicated configurator in my life. There are video tutorials where you can't understand anything about what you're supposed to do, there's no prerequisite for what to do, a diagram, steps, nothing. Everything is left to chance.
I have been struggling for 8 months with this app. Dev keeps referring to documentation that fails to resolve my issues.
Our app is very powerful, we always recommend to read our docs and watch our introduction videos!

Instead of fixing their mistakes, they just dismiss you: Great, the app store is a free market, our app does not seem to be a great fit for you.

Merchant was sending disrespectful emails. We told them very nicely that the app is not a great fit.
