The support staff have been very helpful on all occasions I have needed assistance. Very quick to reply and straight to rectify the issue!
The only negative I have had with the app is I have found discount codes have clashed with live product options. I haven't yet found a way around this.

Regarding discounts, our app supports various checkout settings, the newest setting "Checkout extensibility" supports all native discounts from Shopify.
The issue with the order discount has been perfectly resolved.
Discounts are calculated by Shopify and not our app. We've checked the Discount config and the Merchant did not include the right products.
