Carl has been very responsive and the turn around time has been awesome, especially since it was during the Holidays. When I asked for changes to the product setup they acted on them very quickly. I am switching to this app as I believe in the long run it is easier and will be more cost effective.

Great! I had a really complicated bug that only occurred with Windows Desktop PC and Mozilla Firefox. I worked on the problem with Michael for several days. We have adjusted a lot of settings to fix the problem. The difficulty was that Michael couldn't reproduce the error on his PC and could therefore only rely on videos from me.

Nevertheless, he managed to fix the error and the configuration now runs perfectly.

I can recommend the app to everyone because not only the functionality but also the support is great.
