This app does exactly what I had in mind. I am using a free Shopify template which does not directly support the app. However the developer helped me, for free. I am extremely satisfied with this outstanding customer support.

Works great, does exactly what it should do. Makes it very easy to add different fields to specific products. In short: great app. But the best thing: their customer service is amazing! They are super helpful and fast. Totally recommend this app

I have recently downloaded this app. I reached out to their support team and they responded quickly to my questions and even set it up for me. I have had to make changes to some of the things on my website and I reached out to their support numerous times and they responded quickly and changed things a few times. Their support is amazing. I would 100% recommend this app.

The custom fields app gave us everything we wanted - allowing us to fully customize our product pages, which is super important for a shop of our kind. Moreover (and more importantly) - we just can't explain how good is the support we got from the support team. Great customer support. Had an issue but they were very responsive and resolved the problem right away. The app is working great and I have very specific forms on each variant. So far the way the form changes dynamically on a product has been great.

With the extensive customization needed for our products this is a lifesaver. Easy to use. Would love to see the option to duplicate fields and fields options, and also link to products by tag (maybe under custom conditions).
