I'm very happy with this app. (I had to remove the standard Shopify mailing list box from my footer because for crazy reason it is not possible to get double-opt in between Shopify and Mailchimp and I was being inundated with spambot sign-ups.)
The MailMunch sign up bar is easy to set up, looks great, is customizable and seems to work well.
