Do not use Marsello. They will rip you off. They import duplicate customers with no contact information, forcing to pay hundreds a year for customers who are unable to receive any messaging. Customer service is a joke. Much more expensive than similar apps. SKIP IT!

If it's too good to be true - it usually is. I am sad that I need to update this review and warn against using Marsello for the short term. The email campaign feature is garbage. Two weeks in a row now it has crashed after attempts to send strategic marketing messages to segmented customers. I have worked with the developers but unfortunately responses are not timely (24 hours +). The rewards program is adequate for the current price point but without an effective email marketing integration you are restricted in the strategies you can deploy to exploit the program. There's no point having a rewards program for the sake of charity. One hopes the developers at Marsello know what they're doing but if they do, they are doing it at the expense of people like me. (well, not anymore)

Marsello is extremely helpful as a marketing tool when working with Lightspeed Series X and Shopify. There are some features I wish it had: ie cash loyalty instead of points, but overall it is easy to use so long as it is set up correctly. There have been some minor sync issues but nothing that hasn't been resolved quickly during business hours.

It's an intuitive App that's easy to use, the Loyalty program is great and the automations are holding our marketing strategy together really well. The support team are super helpful - they went above and beyond to help us iron out how to manage our wholesale email list separate to our retail list and we can't thank them enough. Im really happy !

So far, loving this app. Just migrated from Collect Loyalty (their sister company), so I know I am in for good things. The best thing about this company is the Customer Service. When you have an issue, you make contact with a human and they are lovely. Looking forward to a long & fruitful relationship...

We transferred our account over from their other loyalty app, and the team was super helpful! They took care of porting over all our existing customers and their points and walked us through how to set up the new program. It was seamless. There was a bit of a difference in the structure of the loyalty program, but I prefer this one to the old one and it is MUCH prettier and more on brand for us. We love the customization options!

Launching in the next days, but working with them has been a pleasure! They even made custom customization for something we wanted! Looking forward to see the value it will bring to our store! But app is user friendly, quite customizable and staff is kind and helpful!!!
