I thought this app was going to be great for my website till one of our builders got into the nuts and bolts of the app and thru analysis on gtmetrix found out this app is really slowing down our website. We will be researching other options for replacing this one.
Thank you for your review. The app loads from an external server and it CANNOT slow down your website. If you are not sure on how to interprete the reports of GTMetrix, I suggest you to hire a professional and he can tell you the same thing that the app is not slowing down your website.

I like the concept. Need to do little extra work on the liquid file. Getting very fast Response from them.

I needed help installing the one line code - it WASN'T the app, it was my theme that had been customised so much over time. The team helped me within minutes of receiving my request. This app is absolutely awesome!!! It has saved me soo much time getting key points across in regards to my products - ESPECIALLY on mobile devices! Nobody reads all of the product descriptions when they are on a small-medium size phone, this just makes it soo much easier for the customer to make quick decisions. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this app! I've only been using it for a day and noticed a difference. Thank you team, I look forward to see what else you develop.
They helped me set up the badges to show two rows insted of one in Brooklyn theme as it was showing only one. For now everything is working as it should.
Awesome app. My site looks alive and able communicate few FAQ in a great visual. Customer support is another add on to it, it took less than 2 hours to setup widget that fit my theme
