Decent app, but picked up that they are duplicating their charges every month. They charge a monthly fee + usage & a monthly fee again. I reached out to their support 2 weeks ago and keep getting a general response that they've passed on the message to the team leader, but still no response. Can you please refund and fix your charges ASAP? Check your charges on your monthly bill!

Hey team 🥰 This is how Shopify system charges with a base charge plus usage separate. This is in-line with our normal pricing listed in FAQs. Really sorry you received a general response message. This should have been communicated day one. Please read the emails I've sent over past weeks. Id love to have the opportunity to make this into a 5 star response.

They charege based on ALL your orders in your store - doesent matter if the conversations are made throughou their app.

We're looking at switching apps. This cart plugin has given away way too much for free to our customers. For example, if we have discount codes created in shopify and we have our monster cart setup to give a free gift if you spend $79, it's calculating the RRP and then giving the free item (worth $35) even after the client has used a 40% off code which brings their ACTUAL cart total down to $47.40 (not $79) but monster cart is still allowing them to get the $35 free gift. We now have to honour this and have lost out hugely on this. Their support is almost non-existent and I have had to work most of my issues out on my own because I get back emails saying things like "that's unfortunately not a feature we have", even though I've (in some cases) figured out a way around it myself.

A lot of glitches are there, and when you contact the customer care their response is really pathetic. You have to wait for 24 hour in order to get a proper response from the dev team. Considering the app cost I won't recommend this app to anyone else

Sorry we aren't compatible with the checkout system you wanted to use and this messed with your analytics. Unfortunately, this is a limitation Shopify puts on us.
I can see you also had custom features you wanted live. Unfortunately, things can take a little longer for custom work and technical responses during Q4 inanity growth period.
Understand your frustration there.

In the end I'm glad to see you have chosen to continue with Monster cart. I hope you have a great end to the year!

The team works tirelessly during these periods.
Please let us know if there is anything we can do to turn this into 5 star service.

I canceled the plugin, but they still charged me on my monthly bill.

I emailed them requesting a refund, but they haven't responded for five days.

I was considering whether to reinstall it in the future, but their attitude has left me disappointed.

This app takes 52% of speed from your website. Before installing this app our Mobile Site Speed Score was 91 and now with the Cart Upsell Monster app our Mobile Site Speed Score is 47. Do not recomend this app!!!

This update will code the cart more direct into theme which will make it the fastest thing on the planet 💃⚡️.

Unfortunately this app broke my website for all Safari users, which is the majority of my clients. I've been paying a lot of money in marketing while my clients are not able to do checkouts

I wanted to test the app during the Black Friday promo : one month free trial. I've been charged after 10 days. I've contacted the support several times, nobody follows up on my several emails, and nobody is answering since I've asked for a refund. Unacceptable.

Legend! Ty here - one of the founders... I tried shooting you an email! OFC we refunded the second we could see it on our end 😁 Would be silly if we didn't. Unfortunately - as the team said in other emails... it takes a little while for Shopify billing to show up so that the refund button on their system appears. 😅 I hope you crushed your Q4!
