Merchants describe this as a game changer for selling highly customizable products with complex options, logic, and layered visuals that closely match real items. They like the modern, intuitive design experience, easy design-to-cart flow, and strong branding controls. While the builder has a learning curve, tutorials help, and updates are quick. Support is frequently praised as fast, thorough, and very hands-on, including with theme integration and custom code.
Expensive will steal fees and outdated never makes updates anymore that are useful
Edit : No your pricing is not transparent you guys charge 2% hidden sales fees and keep them on every order irrespective of it being cancelled, refunded, or chargebacked via fraud. You are milking merchants and stealing for such a basic editor and you force login every time instead of a native dashboard app

highly recommend kickflip if your business focuses heavily on customized products. The AI assistant can answer 90% of the question when i need help setting the customizer up, and the live agents are almost always there as well.
My only complaint for kickflip is the cost of using it.
