Why 4-stars: Pretty heavy to build new products and learning curve for the app is pretty long, but it gets the work done. I hope they make updates so the product control could be more fluid in the future.

Was only good until free and was an option to pay per order. The paid plans are not justified at all

The Scale plan has been our standard offering for some time and is designed to give merchants access to a powerful product customizer, ongoing improvements, and dedicated human support. We’re committed to keeping Kickflip accessible and fairly priced, while continuing to enhance the experience and deliver strong value for businesses at every stage of growth.

After trialling a bunch of product configuration apps we went ahead and used Kickflip. Here is my review:
Firstly, the support team are GREAT and really helpful, get back to every inquiry quickly and are able to offer good advice, thanks Cindy and Elisabeth - we were able to complete our build on time with your help!
The UX is very nice and clean. The logic is easy to use. I believe our project was quite a bit more complicated than some of the others in the demo store. In some instances we had to use many simple conditions because there was not an option for a complex condition. With that said, we were able to achieve absolutely everything we needed - so this is certainly not a criticism.
Have read a couple of other negative reviews here and do not agree with the points they have made - our experience has been excellent throughout.
