Kickflip has been the lifeblood of our website. When we ran into issues after a website update, their support team was incredibly helpful and got us back up and running quickly. We've had a great experience with Kickflip and their support team. After our customizer suddenly stopped working due to Shopify's App Embed integration changes, Cindy quickly investigated the issue, explained exactly what had happened, and their team implemented the required fix for our store. Everything is working perfectly again.
The app offers a lot of flexibility for product customization, and the customer support has been outstanding. A special thank you to Cindy for the excellent communication and quick resolution. Highly recommended!

It's a bit of a learning curve, but the customer support makes it much easier. In the end we get to do something that our competitors don't. I strongly dislike that they changed my plan in the old store from a Pay as You Grow to paying a monthly fee. I strongly considered ditching it at that time and I'm still trying to figure out if they still care about smaller businesses trying to grow as the 60 bucks a month is steep for the little guys - especially when the percentage of sales didn't go down significantly. Other than that - 5 stars. We'll see if it's profitable or not.

This has nearly as high a learning curve as mid-level photoshop. They'd do well do let everyone use the software for free (developing their products) and stick to a flat 2% on every product sold. Sadly, the monthly fee combined with the learning curve kills your product before you ever get it off the ground. The transaction fee is reasonable - it's the monthly fee that kills, especially when you are just getting started.
