I have been using this app for years and it has always worked well. Fast customer service when and if needed. The app very rarely has any tech issues. Over 5 years I have had probably 2 tech issues and they where fixed very quickly. No issues for years since.
This app is always updated and a MASSIVE time saver.
It also has an easy to use interface.
Highly Recommended.
Unfortunately, I have found it is not often that when encountering an issue in business, one can have utmost confidence in a supplier to be able to provide immediate fixes.
I have found this with Australia Post MyPost Business.
Whenever I use the chat feature, there is always someone there to help me. Being able to resolve issues in a timely manner has been crucial in allowing me to spend time on other things.

This app is a game changer for me, I love saving money and time with postage and that's exactly what this system has done for our processes. On the rare instances that I've needed help the team have responded with exceptionally fast and helpful customer service. Highly recommended.
Amazing and easy to use.
As soon as you download the app you think it's really difficult but it's not. It's pretty easy. You just need to go step-by-step and also the team is really amazing. They help you if you have any difficulty I'll be definitely recommending this app.

As for the label position on A4 label sheets, we have been asking Australia Post to make that possible for man years.
Currently though, they don't provide partners like us any way of selecting a starting label position in order to save paper etc.
Perhaps looking at an A6 label printer might be an alternative?
