Very helpful staff member guided me through all the steps I needed to fix my problem. All it took was a quick zoom call and the issues were resolved. This is a great app that saves us a lot of time with manual entry. I would recommend to anyone who uses NetSuite.

The team at Robust is very responsive and I am a big fan of the UI of their app. The ability to open sales orders in Netsuite directly from Shopify is a very good feature. There is a wide variety of customizations that you can do and the app is very straightforward.

We have had an excellent experience with the Robust Netsuite Integrator. The product is well featured and I can highly recommend the support from the Webbee team.
