Novel Video Section & Carousel

We have been using Novel for a little bit over a month now and can see huge traction in our shoppable videos. It is a great way to teach your audience more about your product and further help with conversions. And of course, the Novel team is amazing and super helpful!

The Novel App helped me utilize UGC videos in an amazing way for my site! I needed the ugc content on my site to push conversion which it definitely does. Joe and his team have been great to work with and was very easy to implement.

Novel has been an extremely valuable addition to our website. Within 24 hours of adding a carousel playlist to our homepage the bounce rate had a 50% decrease, and time spent on page increased by 50%. With content priority shifting from imagery to video this is a solution that is not only effective but easy to maintain for our small team.

This is the best app we've found for putting shoppable video and UGC on our site. The setup was so easy, the UI is intuitive, and the customer support is excellent.

We just installed the Novel app on our website last week to replace a manual UGC block custom block. The time save alone makes this such an incredible application. Plus the experience for the customer is unbeatable. They can view the products directly in the widget and even add to cart without even leaving the video content.

We are still getting set up on the app and haven't even set up all of the journeys we plan to use throughout all of the pages and I am already writing this review.

Also - unbeatable customer service and account management. Our Custom Built Site had some roadblocks to getting the widget set up and I reached out to the Novel team and they got back to me within an hour and were exhausting all of their resources to get the widget live before our new arrivals drop the next day. The app is super easy to use and install.

Would highly recommend this for a UGC Widget Application for your Shopify Stores.

The best app I've used on shopify yet, hands down! The designs are gorgeous, super easy to use, and very reasonably priced. It's honestly a steal. Customer service is top notch too. Couldn't recommend more.
