Elements of the app just dont work. Been contacting Support via webchat and by email multiple times over the past 2 weeks but no response. Forced to uninstall and find another option.

OneClick now installs easily with a 1-click Theme App Embed and automatically installs pixels with live storefront verification. Our engineering team now checks in-app chat and support every day. they ignored all 3 my requests of support ( no data renewed due to 1 week from our website with help of their installed pixels).

We apologize for not answering your support requests in July 2024. This doesn't make up for your poor experience back then, but we have made many positive changes. OneClick now uses a Theme App Embed (no code copy-paste) by default and a Shopify Checkout Extensibility App Pixel. The app dashboard now includes real-time pixel health tracking, along with automated monitoring. Our engineering team now responds daily by in-app chat, the Get Support button on our listing and email. Thank you for the candid feedback, it helped us improve the experience for other merchants.
