Horrendous customer service. A customer received an extremely poor quality 'fake' item that is absolutely disgusting (I have it here in front of me and is only fit for the bin) - I have been unable to get hold of Kakaclo. I have tried all ways of contact them - chat, emailing various addresses - no response. If using this app - you are rolling a dice. If you get a customer requesting a return (even for a damaged item) you are not going to get a refund and will be left out of pocket. Avoid - use another provider. @Shopify please sort out this app.

In addition shipping takes FOREVER - but supposed to be around 5-9 days! Awful, AVOID.

I've been using Kakaclo for almost 3 years now and everything has always been smooth for the most part. Not sure whats going on now but I just had a few orders that was placed from August 25th,2025 and it's now August 30th, 2025. No orders we processed, no responses to chats nor emails, and no one is answering any of my of calls. I cancelled the orders and requested refunds and still haven't got any responses plus all orders are still in "Waiting to ship" status right now. Just went completely dark. I can see from my analytic reports that they are viewing my website every time i reach out to them yet they don't they respond! Even Shopify had to reach out to them too and I hope they are removed asap because they are just scamming now! I had to dispute the transactions with my bank and can take weeks to get my money back! I've already started consulting with a lawyer in their area! I'm from Chicago, I'm not letting nothing slide!

I checked on your orders — one of them has already been shipped, and for the other one we have already processed the refund. That’s why you’re still seeing the “waiting to ship” status on the cancelled one, but the refund is already on the way back to your payment account.

Normally, our order processing time is 1–4 business days. I understand how stressful delays can be, and we’ll make sure to improve our response time to avoid this happening again. Please rest assured you won’t lose your money, and we’ll keep you updated until everything is fully settled.

My experience with Kakaclo has been very disappointing. Their customer service is slow to respond and often provides inconsistent information, making communication extremely frustrating.

Additionally, they canceled several of my orders shipped to Chile without any prior notice. This lack of communication and professionalism directly affects the credibility and brand image of my business.

Due to their poor handling of customer relations and unreliable operations, I do not recommend working with Kakaclo under any circumstances. Their service has proven to be unprofessional and unreliable.

I dont even know why they are still running. VERY BAD customer service all round. no replies. Takes forever to ship. I dont even know if anyone is actually running this business

The process of dispatching orders currently takes me between five to seven working days, and in some cases, it can take even longer. This delay means I often have to follow up frequently, as I need to chase or prompt to ensure that the orders are processed and sent out.

As a result, this situation leads to unhappy customers.

They finally got back to me and shipped my items but it took 7 to 8 days to ship and were hard to contact so I will give them a 2 as it seems to happen more then once - I notice another customer had not ship - 12 days now and after 4 days of trying to contact they finally tell me out of stock - unacceptable

I have been trying to contact these people and have had no reply - it has been over a week since i placed an order and they still have not shipped the products. Extremely poor customer service leaves you guessing if you should cancel the orders and explain to the customer that the distributor is extremely slow and doesnt reply to you. When you call you have to leave a voice mail also. It has been 7 days for one order and 8 days for the other with no clue when it will ship

We are sincerely sorry for the delay. Some factory workers resign and return to their hometowns before the Chinese New Year. After the New Year, most suppliers resume work in the first week, but there is a shortage of workers, leading to insufficient factory capacity to fulfill the ordered quantity. The factories are now fully operational and striving to increase production. The situation is expected to normalize by mid-March.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very slow shipping and even slower processing time! Our customers kept asking for a refund when they delayed our orders for over a month. As a small business that just opened it's really hard to build a brand reputation. Kakaclo's shipping time is super slow. I had read several quality-related reviews before choosing to start dropshipping with them. But their quality is horrible. We had so many consecutive returns due to quality issues. All their product has thread sticking out of them (unfinished). Our customers received torn items and see-through fabric. This has greatly hurt our business's reputation. As a new business, you strive for quality over anything. Kakaclo does not provide anything, neither quality nor prompt shipping. We are very disappointed!

Need a zero star rating! 18 days and counting, customers still have not received their packages! Unacceptable response time to emails or the so called live chat box, which, by the way is never live. According to the website, orders are processed within 3 days, it took almost 3 times that! Not a good look for my business to have people waiting so long to get there package. Need to do better at fufliling your promises. Not sure I can trust this will happen in the future!
