Need a zero star rating! 18 days and counting, customers still have not received their packages! Unacceptable response time to emails or the so called live chat box, which, by the way is never live. According to the website, orders are processed within 3 days, it took almost 3 times that! Not a good look for my business to have people waiting so long to get there package.
