Pickeasy solved a very critical need for our website and most of the setup was very easy. I was able to schedule for help with some questions I had and Sudhan Ravi went above and beyond to help me with all of the technical questions that I have. I am very happy that I picked PickEasy for our on-site appointment scheduler. We have a very unique business and the customization capabilities and the easy of updating our availability for pickup has been immensely valuable to our business. Unlike with Shopify, the Customer Support is very responsive and helpful. Using the chat feature I can count on a quick resolution to any issue I may have.
