The app is a little complicated for inexperienced users. The support team is sometimes hard to reach and can take days to resolve issues. But when you get the right agent, everything works quite well. Dhina helped me again today, and they were fantastic. I wish everyone on the support team could be that generous, professional, and helpful!

It is really helpful to have orders scheduled. However the app is buggy, whenever a customer changes the quantity, the pickeasy option disappears and therefore unable to schedule it.
Also, if an order is coming through Shop it will not take work with pickeasy. Otherwise I would have given a 5 stars.

First day installing and finding my way around has been great - with Barath's help and quick understanding to show me how to orientate myself. Looking forward to seeing how it improves my workflow, thank you. I'm not certain it will be suitable for me as I need to restrict item orders by day, which it can't currently help with, but I will see how I get on as the other improvements are really beneficial.
This is a great app if you don't want to be in full control of your food business and not use any delivery service just yet. It was glitching at first and wasn't showing up for customers until they refreshed two times. However, I asked them to fix it and they did.

App needs some improvement. to get more user friendly, However, the customer service is awesome specially Kavandish he helped me a lot easy time saving and straight to the point. Jennifer is also super helpful and easy to work with. she helped me to have all the features I want.

Would be great to integrate a feature that lets you add the delivery date to packing slip. Otherwise a great app with good features and fast online support.

The service is amazing. The chat support is really helpful and always directly available. I never had a problem that couldn't be solved.
This app works well for my store. Firstly I must say the service from all the support team has been great. In particular, Siva helped me today with a number of issues - we have been on and off Zoom calls and chats and he has been really great at understanding what I needed.
On the app more widely - it's been great to get the various options onto my website for customers to choose - lots of different time slots, different options for Local Delivery and Pickup, the ability to override for certain product sets etc.
I would like to see more available behind the scenes - the ability to tailor the emails that are sent to customers, the ability to tie into the Shopify Local Delivery route planning (it does tie into a different app EasyRoutes but that is fairly expensive).
Overall - 4 stars for the app itself but I'd give the support team 10 stars if I could!
