So far so good. Shopify places a lot of limitations on the checkout process, and another app I was using didn't help me to overcome those limitations. When I started the setup process, I thought this app was going to be more of the same, however I DMed them at 11pm my time and surprisingly got a response immediately. I then spent an hour working with Janani and then later Farhath who helped me set the app up exactly how I want it to work. I am blown away by the level of service. Thank you!

The app is very convenient and covers all the bases our businesses needed for delivery and pick-up. The setup was fairly easy, but whenever I needed help, Subiksha from the PickEasy team was very helpful and answered all my questions efficiently. Definitely recommend!

This is the third time I have installed Pickeasy on a client's website. It is by far the easiest to use and configure. And the customer support (Manaz, in this instance) is always first class for the initial setup.

What a great app, so many options to handle even the weirdest edge case. And support is just fantastic. Subiksha jumped straight on a screen share to help out with an implementation detail we had, she is top top!!!

I've had to make about 5 or 6 zoom calls to get errors fixed.. we've had to delay our launch twice now because of errors, I'm still waiting on this to be fixed? Can someone please get back to me asap! If I hadn't invested so much time into this app I'd be changing...

This is a great app. Easy to use and the customer support is superior. I always get a response within 24 hours and the team will join a call with me to show me how to make any changes I cannot figure out on my own. Today Barath helped me fix my shipping rates in just 5 min. What a breeze!
