We installed this app onto our website to enable our customers to easily pick between normal shipping and Click and Collect. The App support was super helpful and efficient. We had a few appearance and performance preferences that we couldn't solve and so we contacted support, arranged a zoom meeting and screen shared our issues. The friendly app expert solved all our problems and we were up and running straight away. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to install.

I recently switched from another service I use for Local Delivery and Pickup options. I used to have to email my issue and wait until the next day to get a reply and read and apply the solution. After swapping services, it's less inexpensive and the service is fantastic! I scheduled a zoom to help get it setup; which I thought they would walk me through it. But NO, they did it for me. The team here is extremely available and helpful! Whenever I need to make changes (which has been a lot!) they are there to help and assist and solve. Setting up sessions is easy, and even when I send emails they reply promptly. I never feel like I have to wait to fix something, which is critical when running a small business. I am not techy at all so this assistance for me has been very helpful and appreciated.
