Great app and very good/quick support support....Definitely would recommend.

Quick response every time, they are kind and patience and focus on your needs, also assist you with any little issues with Shopify. Really easy teleworking with them with the help of Zoom.

I am consistently incredibly happy with the service from this app. The team are so quick to respond, are very friendly and have been able to resolve any issues I have had very efficiently. Today, Subiksha helped me reinstate the app after I changed the theme of my Shopify store. We were on a Zoom call within minutes of me getting in touch and also ended up fixing a calendar issue that I hadn't even mentioned. They were so kind and helpful and this app has totally changed the way we sell online, allowing for different postage costs and different delivery dates based on location.

It's useful and compatible with our Restaurant need. Support is prompt with setup assistance too! I am looking forward to it being on Shopify POS so that the Order dashboard would be viewable through the POS app as well

Excellent app and the team is super responsive, especially Rahul who is always around and hands-on to help. Most importantly, they understand your business, make suggestions, and are happy to help with any customisation. This is the only date and time picker app on Shopify that works well in the open cart drawer! I have been trying several apps and this is a clear winner.

I have searched and searched for a one stop shop for Pick up and Deliver and to my delight, I finally found it with the In Store Pick Up Local Delivery App. Past apps created major problems in our store resulting in loss of sales as both pick up and delivery apps did not talk to each other. This app was simple to set up and integrate and the Log Base customer service chat was available for my most pressing questions. I was immediately offerred a Zoom call with the developer who did all the back end work to satisfy our needs. I have to say, I had the most wonderful customer service experience I have ever had using any shopify apps by Kumar from Log Base. He was so kind to talk me through everything and to integrate the app onto my website. The app is up and running and working seemlesly on Day 1. Highly recommend this app to avoid headaches and confusion to your customer and to minimise your admin of using 2 seperate apps. Well done Log Base and thankyou for all the work you have put into improving our online store.
