Pickup Delivery Date —Pickeasy

So much easier than other pick up and local delivery apps I've tried, and compatible with my other apps too. Really friendly, fast and helpful techs too!

We chose this app as we needed a custom solution for pick-up and local delivery of a small area, we don't ship via a courier, and only some of our products are available for pick-up/delivery on certain days/times. This app has been great for us, and especially the help of Sree customising things on the back end for us, as I am a shopify beginner so I couldn't have done it without Sree's help. Really glad we found this app!

The app was a breeze to put up from LogBase's wonderful customer service. I scheduled a zoom call and with Sreeman's (a logbase rep) help, we were able to set up the program seamlessly. Sreeman also helped point out some other issues and improvements I could make to my website and how it could be accomplished. So far have had no issues with the app and my customers love the new and improved checkout! Highly recommend.

Excellent app and easy to use. Best part is the customer service. I scheduled a zoom meeting which lasted about 30 minutes. I shared my screen and let them take control, they helped me set everything up on my store and I will continue to work with their app. Also did I mention it is extremely affordable ? $$$

Very helpful intro of the Pickeasy app by Veena. She was very thorough in understanding what we needed. We're very happy with the initial set up and look forward to hearing back on the enhancements we'd suggested to help us and others. Suggested enhancements: 1) allowing 2 local delivery options so customers from the same postcode can have the option to either pick a specific delivery time slot or just deliver to me ASAP. 2) integration with subscription apps such as Seal so customers can select a repeat delivery time slot e.g. 4-6pm on the first Monday of the month.
