The team at LogBase has been integral in the process of customizing our online shop to accommodate setting up custom shipping, delivery and local pickup scheduling and rates for our complex item library. Rajkumar has provided support every step of the way to make sure that the app is working to our liking, and never hesitates to jump on a call to address any changes that need to be made. I spent far too much time trying to figure it all out on my own. With an instant response from the help chat, we began a zoom call where everything I had spent hours (and hours) trying to resolve while researching on forums was fixed instantly and promptly. I was thoroughly involved in the entire process too! I gratefully received service above and beyond what I expected. I am so glad I made the jump to this app.

Amazing App, and even better customer service. I was able to have a same day zoom call with the developers and have a complete set up done for me via screen sharing, it was so easy, and so helpful. We were able to streamline all of our inventory to one warehouse location even though we have several different pick up locations. Can't say enough great things, you need this.
