Best customer service of any app I've ever used. The guys are very responsive and fast to solve any issues. I use the app to control my daily deliveries and they are always by my side if I need to customize the experience. The app is also very simple and effective!

Standout customer service -- they were incredibly responsive, timely, and helpful in getting the app integrated with our site. I was able to schedule a virtual meeting same-day for them to do some back-end work to ensure everything worked properly. Highly recommend, not just for the app (it does exactly what we need!), but also for the customer service support.

App is perfect & wonderful for my shop to manage our deliveries slots available to customers. Previously I was using a much more expensive app & Logbase can do what it could do & much more. Customer service team at Logbase is also top-notch always replying almost instantly & resolving my issues within the day itself. The other app I always had to wait hours just to talk to someone. Frequently, Janani was the one who assisted me & she is perfect. Knows her stuff & always friendly & helpful. Thanks team!
