I’ve been using Plex delivery estimation feature for a few month now, and I must say it’s a game changer for managing customer expectations. The estimated delivery dates are consistently accurate, which has helped reduce the number of support tickets we receive about shipping times.
Is pretty intuitive and they were even willing to get on a quick call to make sure we set this up correctly. Was helpful since my business is very strict on shipping.
