Order Editing app has made a massive impact in declining customer service tickets for address changes and orders needing to be edited, while also adding incremental revenue pos-purchase. Their team is extremely responsive, always willing to troubleshoot issues we might be experiencing or bringing new strategic thoughts on how we can continue to add ways we are using the app.
OrderEditing has been a game-changer in reducing customer contacts related to address changes, payment updates, and quantity modifications. Even better, it’s empowered our customers to seamlessly add additional items to their original order — driving both convenience and incremental revenue.
We’ve been using Order Editing for 3 months now and it’s great, the app is really easy to use. But what we’ve really appreciated is the super responsive support from the team whenever we needed.

We onboarded Order Editing about 2 months ago, and we are so glad we did! Tickets have been greatly reduced for our Customer Care reps, and our customers are happy to easily make their own changes. We've also seen a nice stream of upsells.
Hamish has been very responsive if we've had questions (of which there have been few).
This is a game changer! The Order Editing app has immediately reduced our CX workload and increased our upsell dollars. Within 1 day of implementation we saw noticeable positive impact across the board. Now that we are introducing more features and unlocking the apps full potential, we are seeing even more success every day!

We used to spend so much time manually editing customer addresses, reaching out to customers who entered an invalid address, and handling packages that already shipped to the wrong home. In just a few weeks Order Edit has solved those problems for us in most cases. It has freed up time for my agents, provided customers a simple way to fix an error, and saved us unnecessary costs trying to retrieve mis-delivered packages. For us the biggest perk is the address screener which prompts customers to double check their address right on the thank you page. We are just starting to dive more into the upsell, but without much effort we have already seen traction there too.

Gamechanger! Customer support tickets have fallen through the floor and upsells have gone up! If you have customers that need to edit orders ever or your interested in upsells (Who wouldn't be!), you'd be mad not to try it! Implementation team are superb and have you up and running very quickly and are on hand to troubleshoot and answer questions if needed. Amazing app!
