Great concept for an app and am sure it will grow and develop even further. Set up was easy and support from the team has been fantastic when needed, a couple of small teething issues but overall has largely reduced our customer service tickets for simple address changes

Right from the first day this app has reduced the workload for our Customer Service team by allowing customers to change their order details. Also great support from Hamish to get us started.

Only reason for giving 4 stars is because the order upsell features could be improved.

A few teething problems but Hamish and the crew are super responsive and couldn't be more helpful to troubleshoot. Not sure if it will be beneficial moving forward but sticking with it for the moment :-)
