Kiril and Hamish have given the most amazing customer support since we first started using the app which was quite a while ago now. They have added features we suggested and helped with coding of things too. The app has made such a difference in just fielding the 'can I make a change?' requests and has the added bonus of upselling the customer at the same time. Brilliant!

This app is great - super helpful to help customers update their addresses post purchase (which happens more and more, thanks to one click checkouts). I would say the app is a little clunky to use but thats just me being super critical.

This app is so helpful in reducing support tickets related to cancelling order, editing incorrect addresses, or last minute decisions to add more products. Hamish and Karil are extremely responsive if any questions or issues arise. Would highly recommend this app.
