We installed the app and have found the functionality it provides our store excellent. The customer service response time and advice has been outstanding as well.
This app prints the invoices and return form exactly how I wanted them to be. I'm very happy with it. The customer service is excellent as well.
Today, Patricia solved more than a few extremely important items on my account (related to coding) that I would never have been able to solve on my own. She was very patient, kind and approachable. She handled everything perfectly.

I don't have to do many manual invoices but when I do this app is fantastic. Everything you need to prepare an invoice to get paid. Great customer service. Needed a little cosmetic change and the response and instructions were quick and easy. Start to finish no more than 10 minutes. Great Job!
