Again and again they help me out so quickly and offer some fantastic solutions. It's a relief when there are so many app support people who're so unhelpful with their cut/ paste links and videos that they normally send.

Forsberg are like Shopify 10 years ago (their prime with regards to support).

Great app! I would recommend if you want good looking invoices. Very good support if needed. They respond very quickly.

The app is very helpful for us, as we can easily send a link to the invoice in the order confirmation e-mail to our customers. We've been using Order Printer for several years now and whenever I had a problem, Bjorn was always there super fast and extremely helpful. Absolute recommendation. :-)

A great app that works well. Including a PDF invoice in the order confirmation email is such an obviois and essential addition. And being able to bulk print good looking packing slips is essential. Can't imagine running my store without this app

We've been using this app for over a year to provide customers with a printable PDF receipt on their order confirmation and in their customer account page. It is a simple little feature missing from Shopify, but this app makes it easy for our corporate customers to save their receipts for their records. We really like this app!

Super pæne templates, og generelt ubetinget tilfredshed. Også virkelig god kundeservice; fik svar på chat en torsdag aften kl. 22 - og mit problem (tilretning af template med HS-koder og COO) blev hurtigt løst ved at få tilsendt et dokument med kode, jeg kunne kopiere ind i en ny template. Meget imponeret.

There are coders, there are good coders and then there are super coders ! This people are SUPER CODERS ! Absolutelly amazing ! In 5 years of coming accross with various app developers I think nobody was as good and as prompt as Order Printer Pro. If you are looking for a solution to profesionally print your orders, this are the best people ! Fantastic ! One million stars from me !

Extremely easy to use app. And its completely free. No strings attached.
The only drawback is that you need to know HTML basics.
Other than that, I highly recommend this app.

This is a great little app - easy to set up (once I'd finished overcomplicating things !) A point to note: Our notification 'shipping confirmation' is in plain text only - don't insert the emailer code here otherwise the customer gets raw html for the emailer download link. This is nothing to do with this app, more a limitation with Shopify. UPDATE: There is an issue with some Shopify notification templates - some of ours were set to plain text only (not sure why, nothing we've done) - clicking the revert button did not work - here's the simple cure: delete the contents of the template, save, then click revert & save again, this will solve the issue & you can safely put the emailer code within any notification html template. Thankyou Bjorn for the excellent, speedy support & for another well executed app ! Update 12/7/21: We've been using this app for some time now & it's great. We've recently experienced some slow downs with the orders loading but this has been resolved. Great technical backup as always ! UPDATE October 2022: We required HS codes & country of origin to be added to our templates & our EORI number added to an export template, on both occasions the support has been an example to follow. This is a truly excellent app with outstanding long term customer support.
