Not only did he help with customization, but when we ended up having to switch to a new Shopify store (long story) he moved our paid Order Printer and Orderly email templates quickly and easily. Pretty easy to set up and get started. Works well, and as expected. No issues.
Other paid apps by the dev are also aesthetically pleasing and a plus if you want to spend on it.
