We had a very disappointing experience with Order Tracker.
We installed the app on a trial account, configured the settings and were comfortable knowing the trial version was limited to 5 customer communication updates per month. The plan was to evaluate the app and then consider upgrading to a paid subscription if it delivered value.
However, a few days ago, Order Tracker updated the tracking information on 9,553 historical orders, most of which were orders from several years old. This resulted in customers receiving unexpected notifications about long-completed orders, creating significant confusion and a substantial amount of unnecessary work for our customer service team.
We attempted to contact support via both the in-app chat and email but have still not received no response.
We've since removed the app. Hopefully our experience helps other merchants avoid a similar situation.

A sync issue updated tracking on historical orders and triggered notifications on old, completed orders.
It was system-generated and unintended, unrelated to your trial limit.
We've since fixed the root cause: customer notifications are now strictly limited to recent orders across the whole app, so this can't happen again.
I also apologize for the slow support reply.
Works well and consistently for tracking orders. Ui integrates well into existing store theme and colour schemes

Great application. I like using it.
Works most of the time, very easy to use and great looking UI, both for admin side and client side. However, sometimes the app confuses between carriers and there is no is no way to edit the carrier, so it can cause confusion for clients. Would rate 5 starts if there was a way to edit the carrier.

I use Ordertracker regularly, usually a few times a week, especially when I'm tracking multiple packages from different vendors. It’s really helpful for staying on top of delivery statuses.

Yes, I would definitely recommend Ordertracker! It’s a convenient tool that makes tracking shipments from different carriers easy, all in one place. It’s saved me a lot of time and hassle.

One area for improvement could be to provide real-time push notifications for status updates, so I don't have to check the app constantly. Additionally, a feature that estimates delivery delays based on historical data would be a nice addition.

Ordertracker has been very beneficial to our store. We receive less inquires for order updates now and importing tracking numbers into the system is seemless. We have not had any issues with the app and integrating it into our "order status" page was simple. It supports a wide range of carriers which is a benefit for us as we use multiple carries since we ship world wide. We recommend this app.
Overall, it is one of the best UI's I've seen on an order tracker. And the customization is great though I do wish it made them have to put an email as well as to get info about the order. I would probably use except that the loading time is about 3 seconds before it even loads on the screen which is not good.
