Works most of the time, very easy to use and great looking UI, both for admin side and client side. However, sometimes the app confuses between carriers and there is no is no way to edit the carrier, so it can cause confusion for clients. Would rate 5 starts if there was a way to edit the carrier.

1. How often do you use Ordertracker?
I use Ordertracker regularly, usually a few times a week, especially when I'm tracking multiple packages from different vendors. It’s really helpful for staying on top of delivery statuses.

Yes, I would definitely recommend Ordertracker! It’s a convenient tool that makes tracking shipments from different carriers easy, all in one place. It’s saved me a lot of time and hassle.

3. How could we improve Ordertracker?
One area for improvement could be to provide real-time push notifications for status updates, so I don't have to check the app constantly. Additionally, a feature that estimates delivery delays based on historical data would be a nice addition.

OrderTracker is the best app we have hooked up to our site. Indispensable and crucial to our customer service strategy.

The team at OrderTracker particularly "Chloe" from customer support have also been instrumental in making the setup & use of OrderTracker a real pleasure.

Ordertracker has been very beneficial to our store. We receive less inquires for order updates now and importing tracking numbers into the system is seemless. We have not had any issues with the app and integrating it into our "order status" page was simple. It supports a wide range of carriers which is a benefit for us as we use multiple carries since we ship world wide. We recommend this app.

Overall, it is one of the best UI's I've seen on an order tracker. And the customization is great though I do wish it made them have to put an email as well as to get info about the order. I would probably use except that the loading time is about 3 seconds before it even loads on the screen which is not good.

Aplicativo muito útil. Funciona bem, o suporte também é muito bom. Bastante recomendado para empresas que estejam iniciando. Pra quem já está a algum tempo no mercado e tem um alto fluxo tem também as versões pagas que são muito boas também.

Recomendo.

Good app, does what it should. One of the best user UI, very simple and pretty. However sometimes it confuses between couriers and there is no way to manually change the courier. Have not tried to contact support.
I'd also would like to see the auto-translation feature work with all languages and not the few it supports.
