Works most of the time, very easy to use and great looking UI, both for admin side and client side. However, sometimes the app confuses between carriers and there is no is no way to edit the carrier, so it can cause confusion for clients. Would rate 5 starts if there was a way to edit the carrier.

Aplicativo muito útil. Funciona bem, o suporte também é muito bom. Bastante recomendado para empresas que estejam iniciando. Pra quem já está a algum tempo no mercado e tem um alto fluxo tem também as versões pagas que são muito boas também.

The initial support provided was excellent. However, there was a delay of 4 days in receiving the tracking information for a specific order. I reached out to the support agent and requested a manual refresh of the information, which successfully resolved the issue. I hope that the tracking information update problem will be resolved permanently in the near future.

This is the best order tracker Shopify app out there. It shows all steps and give customers a better understandign where is their package. I would recommend this to anyone.

Hello. I will change this review once this problem is fixed. I cannot contact your support at all. I have been trying for almost two weeks with no response. The 24-hour chat has no response and the emails I have sent have not received a response. My problem is that 40% of my orders are listed as pending and that should not be the case. In Shopify there is a courier listed but for some of the orders the courier shows up as N/A in ordertracker. I do need this problem fixed and a response would be great.
