Ordertracker has been very beneficial to our store. We receive less inquires for order updates now and importing tracking numbers into the system is seemless. We have not had any issues with the app and integrating it into our "order status" page was simple. It supports a wide range of carriers which is a benefit for us as we use multiple carries since we ship world wide. We recommend this app.

Works most of the time, very easy to use and great looking UI, both for admin side and client side. However, sometimes the app confuses between carriers and there is no is no way to edit the carrier, so it can cause confusion for clients. Would rate 5 starts if there was a way to edit the carrier.

This app came highly recommended and gave me the confidence that my customers would feel confident that they would receive their orders with easily accessable tracking info from the home page. No complaints here!
