Odoro works great with our shopping cart. The ability to create invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels, as well as, track inventory with one click has definitely been a major plus for us. Customer support is always available to answer our questions when we need help with anything. We highly recommend this app!

After looking for a communication tool that could help with 3rd party drop ship vendors, we came across Ordoro. Wow, what a great experience! Now that we've been using it for a few weeks, not only are we seeing the abilities it has but our vendors are also loving the simplicity of the program / dashboard. Naruby and her team have been an amazing support to our team and we're psyched to use Ordoro as our company continues to grow and evolve.

This is a great inventory/order management system. It's intuitive and works seamlessly with Shopify. If you have any issues they have stellar customer support. You get a real person that will solve your issue quickly and not have to go back and forth with someone on email. If your looking for a great easy to use system look no further Ordoro is it.

Ordoro customer service is above and beyond what I expected. Their team is readily accessible and extremely patient. Solutions to all of my issues are clearly articulated via email and customized step-by-step videos. The Ordoro platform is also constantly evolving into an even more comprehensive one-stop drop shipping solution. Can't recommend it enough.

I was looking for a solution to seamlessly integrate stock levels for my retail and wholesale websites. I tried several apps, and Ordoro was the most efficient and straightforward program to accomplish this. Importing and Integrating my products from both my websites was quick and accurate.
My favorite feature is the auto-save for stock quantity adjustments. In conjunction with their easy to use layout, it literally takes me seconds to add or remove stock.

Ordoro is breath of fresh air that really stands out from the available shipping/order management apps. If you like the clean, well thought out Shopify interface you'll love how Ordoro pushes the bar still further. It's very clutter-free and intuitive. There is no such thing as once size fits all when it comes to business software, one app can not be all things to all people, but after working with Ordoro I feel like they've made excellent decisions about what features to include and they've done a beautiful job executing, both functionally and aesthetically. Features lists and screen shots are great, and they do an excellent job of giving you a peek inside their app on their site but to make a decision you have to import your orders and really see what it's like to use the software. You can tell that the Ordoro team is passionate about what they do, it really shows in their app. Speaking of the team I've been very impressed with their support on the few occasions I have needed contacted them. I wish all software was as easy to use.
It's a breeze to import orders from all your marketplaces (the shopify integration couldn't be more fluid) you can be up and running the same day. I was also really pleased to see they are integrated with GroovePacker, which is fantastic if you have a number of SKU's and would like to eliminate shipping errors. Another thing I really like about Ordoro is the integrated help. It's nice not to have to leave and go hunting through out-of-date support pages to get answers. I really feel like Ordoro has my back!
