What merchants think

Feedback submitted

Merchants appreciate this app for managing complex shipping rules and setting custom rates based on product type, weight, and location. It's particularly beneficial for businesses with diverse product ranges or multiple vendors. Despite being free, it offers reliable functionality and support that competes with paid alternatives. The customer support team is often commended for their promptness and professionalism. While some find the initial setup challenging, the extensive documentation and support team help mitigate this. Merchants suggest improvements such as more flexibility in extra charges, specific shipping rates based on customer tags, and additional documentation.

No way to sort/organize your rates in the backend interface making it a nightmare to juggle more than a few rates. It does what we need it to but is not even close to being user friendly. Built a user base as a free app, but they have yet to make any improvements or add any features since they started charging for it though that was their claimed reason.

I have a store running on shopify but cant be installed because my plan is lower than the plan required. Please do try to include other plans as this would greatly increase usability.

In order for Parcelify to work we need the details of the order, those details get shared through the Carrier Service API. Without that we don't get the details of the order and can't calculate rates.

There are 3 ways to get the Carrier Service API:
1) Advanced Plan - The Carrier API is included by default.
2) If you change your billing on your plan to annual billing you get access to the Carrier Service API
3) You can pay for it directly to Shopify.

For more information about how to get the Carrier Service API please contact support@shopify.com

We too wish it was available by default to all merchants regardless of their plan. :(
