I used this app to help our store get started with subscriptions. I've tried to set up with Bold and ReCharge before, but they weren't easily compatible because they weren't friendly with our Webkul Multi-vendor app. PayWhirl was very simple to get started with; I reached out to their support chat once I got stuck with the code for my shopping cart, and Ryan did an excellent job helping me get set up completely. He responded to my inquiry very quickly, he worked through several obstacles efficiently, he kept me informed on what he was doing the whole time, and he even offered good suggestions on our subscription plan titles. He exceeded my expectations of customer support, and he is the reason I am able to run subscriptions on my website now. Their awesome support team is the reason I can get set up with PayWhirl, where I couldn't with Bold or ReCharge. I definitely recommend setting up with this newer recurring subscriptions app.

I don't leave many reviews but the team at PayWhirl 100% deserve it. Ryan and Sergei always reply very quickly to support needs and questions. I've suggested multiple features e.g. retention analytics and they always engage. I was SO happy to see retention stats go live in the dashboard recently. They started off behind BOLD and ReCharge but are adding features at a breathtaking rate. And the value for money as a business owner is exceptional compared to how much people complain about competitors. I can't recommend PayWhirl enough. This is one of, if not THE single highest value-add app in our Shopify stack. If you're looking to implement subscriptions for any of your products, go with PayWhirl, you won't regret it.
We are yet to test out using the app but the customer service so far has been amazing. The team are super responsive and took the time to understand what we needed help with. We will be a long-term customer if we continue to get outstanding service like this!
I am so excited to use this app and the customer service is fantastic! Most of the automatic snippet installs worked with my theme, but two didn't (due to my theme not the app), so I contacted customer service, heard from them in less than 12 hours and they had it fixed for me for free within a short time.
I am so happy with this app!! We sell a quarterly subscription box and had developed this internal procedure for managing subscribers via a waitlist that was complicated and messy. We didn't want to end up with wonky billing cycles (i.e. someone being billed months before they actually received anything). Paywhirl added the feature to be able to adjust billing cycles, which is a game-changer that simplifies our business so much! Someone can join anytime, then we can adjust future billing dates to be two-weeks before we ship. Everything else within the app works great too. Customer service has been SUPER responsive when I've had a question. Highly recommend!
