Personizely: A/B Testing

Personizely is super straight forward to use for A/B testing different product page designs, minor tweaks like changing copy, colours or elements and much more.

Whenever I had any issues, the support helped me out straight away in no time. They even prepared small video recordings to help me with my exact issue.

We've been using Personizely for several months and the experience have been great overall. They have the best support team, they're super helpful with all questions, always solution oriented and find a way to make things work for whatever you're trying to test.

Also, dashboards and overall UI is easy and clean which is a great plus.

We tested multiple CRO apps and Personizely ended up being the best. Both from functionality of the app as well as their team's service and responsiveness. User interface is clean and intuitive. We were able to conduct multiple tests that raised our CRO and made a material difference to our bottom line. Special shoutout to Sergiu on their team that helped when we had a tracking question, which he resolved within minutes.

Great app and great team. Very user friendly interface with lots of features and charts so you can dissect the results of each test in different ways, and the team is continuously launching new features and very open to feedback from users to help find ways to continue improving the platform.

The app is exceptional. The creative freedom is crazy good, the analytics are amazing and, whilst the support team asked me not to mention this, but just review the app, I need to tell you, these guys are the best you'll ever experience in terms of support from an app on Shopify. Hands down. I say that as someone who's been on Shopify for 10 years. No one matches so far in my experience what these guys are willing to do to help.

They have comprehensive features. The app is easy-to-use. And most importantly - they have an amazing team (Silvano, Sergiu) who are prompt and sincere in helping us out whenever we need anything.
