Opinew is AMAZING!!! I Had my phone call with Paul and he was patient with me, Taking me through every step!!! He help SEO, getting my widget set so that my website looks great, he did everything the plan i chose said he would, but i feel he did so much more my website looks amazing and professional. First of all, I am very satisfied. When I first used opinew, I imported product reviews from Amazon to the shopify stand-alone site, but shopify did not display the imported reviews. I contacted the customer service to deal with them, and they handled it very quickly and also dealt with them. Well, I can now import product reviews from Amazon to Shopify, which is fast and convenient.

It's a super app, I think it's best on the market by price-quality: a lot of cool features and the reviews itself looks great. And the support team is the best I've seen on my eCommerce journey: super fast and responsive. I'm not kind of a person who reviews everything, but this app and especially support team deserves it.

I used this app to collect reviews from all of my orders, I love how it's easy to understand and set up review requests. I used the Product reviews app from Shopify and wasn't able to add customer review photos or videos, I love that this app allows for photos and videos.
