I hit the chat button and asked for set up help and within minutes they set up my widgets. and were pleasant throughout. Support from a service provider is KEY. I have not had a chance to use the app, so i will give 5 stars up front just based on the interaction. As long as the tool and service works it should remain at 5.

Works great to influence sales on my site and the support team is quick and effective!
This app is super easy to use. Pulled in all of my eBay reviews which I think will go a long way towards building trust for people new to the Stouy brand. I had questions about importing reviews and their support team helped right away via live chat. If you have reviews on other platforms that you need to display on your shopify site, this is the perfect solution. Thanks!

Opinew is a great app that I'd highly recommend to any Shopify store owner. It's super easy to use, it has highly effective review solicitation tools already built-in, and they can even help you syndicate reviews that you can use on other e-tail sites that you're selling on. Their support team also responded IMMEDIATELY by chat, email and phone and proactively offered advice on additional optimizations for generating and showcasing reviews.

Just read this review about Opinew not having some settings and it couldn't be further from the truth. We've tried a few other review platforms and Opniew is not only extremely well designed and intuitive to use, their team is absolutely amongst the most responsive and helpful of any we have communicated with over the years. Would give them 10 stars if it was possible. Go check out the other review providers if you're not convinced. Or better yet, save your time and money and see what these guys can offer you.
