It's a good app and overall I'm happy with it. They helped me to import reviews from another app by creating an integration. It only took 2 days to do that. I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 because once you achieve your quota of imported reviews from Amazon, eBays and etc, you actually run out of quota, it means you are not able to import again unless you upgrade the plan.

Regarding the review import quota: you can still import reviews without upgrading the plan by deleting some of the reviews you have previously imported. This will remove the limitation and allow you to import new ones.

So far so good. Does everything that is advertised. Can update review in a few weeks after we've used it to see what impact it has on overall sales conversion.

I have only began to use this app for my website. So far so good, very informative. I will update this review when I have used it more.
J'ai utilisé cette application pour mettre des avis sur mes produits et cela est très bien mais le gros problème est lorsqu'on met des nouveaux produits en ligne et on ne les voit pas dans l'application pour mettre des avis et je suis obligée à chaque fois de demander à un conseiller de faire une synchronisation afin d'avoir les nouveaux produits.

It is a great app. Recommended to everyone who wanted to have reviews. They walk you through installation and are very helpful. I don’t have to encode thanks to this app
Brand new to the app but the initial setup process was very intuitive. I like it when there isn't too much technical knowledge required.
I used this APP for a few Months. It gives you useful insights but no bites. The reviews were very basic and not as informative as I hoped. My Store traffic is very slow at this point and I am trying to save until traffic picks up.
