My experience with Opinew has been amazing so far! Paul took the time to explain the features of each plan and made sure that all of my requirements were met. We then had a couple of sessions where he taught me how to import my reviews from Amazon, set up a review collection flow and push my reviews to my Google Shopping campaigns. Customisation requests were never too much trouble for them and everyone has been so friendly and helpful. The store is looking great and the reviews even got translated to Dutch for me! 10/10, thank you!

While trying to Import my reviews on to my page I ran into some problems and reached out through their chat system, within Minutes their customer service jumped right on it! some of this stuff is not my expertise so I still couldn't figure it out so they said "let me work on it for a minute and get right back with you" and with in 15 minutes not only did they create an Excel spread sheet specifically for made for me but they even imported it on behalf! I wish everywhere I went had their level of customer service.
10 Stars for this App and their folk taking care of it, couldn't recommend it enough!
So far so good installation and importing of reviews was straight forward. Customer service was incredibly quick to respond to my request.
Plan to keep using service. Will update review if needed but I am happy so far.
When I was struggling for uploading reviews on my shopify store, Opinew agent Emira helped me a lot. She was proactively helping me and answered my inquiries. I highly recommend using this app for people who want to import customer reviews to their website

I used this app last year and it was great. The only reason I decided to uninstall was because at the time I didn't have many customers. Today I noticed some code was left from the app and got in touch with their support team. They attended me immediately, and even though I am not their client anymore tried to solve the problem within minutes. Amazing customer support, if one day I decide to start collecting reviews again it will be with Opinew
