Highly recommended! It's exactly what we needed.
It is fairly easy to import reviews from eBay but I couldn't find a way to import these from Etsy and Trustpilot so I guess the app is unable or the feature is a hidden paid feature. The reviews widget design on the product page is poor and ugly. Trying this after trying the Fera.ai app didn't help as their backend is more intuitive and the frontend design is miles better without the unnecessary "powered by" on the customer reviews widget.
I have to thank the support staff who was so quick to fix a small problem I had during the installation. The app works very well also in the free version.

Since the previous company was horrible, I couldn't figure how to import my reviews to this app.

I don't have experience of any other product reviews apps, but I have to say the support on Opinew is very good.
