The application looks good but it is not saving the Brazilian Portuguese translation in the email part. This is a problem for me.
Had a small issue which I messaged about and Jake sorted it within a few hours ! Setting up a raffle is very simple and straightforward
I recently had a positive experience using the Pineraffle app on Shopify. The support team stood out with their quick responsiveness, dedication to problem-solving, and friendly attitude throughout the support process. While the app performed well and met my needs, I believe it could benefit from some updates, but it's encouraging to know that the Pineraffle team is actively working on improving it. Overall, Pineraffle is a good app for running raffles on Shopify, thanks to the commendable support team and the potential for further enhancements through ongoing updates.
I couldn't create a raffle because the size of the image I used was too big. Jake was extremely patient and helpful and sorted it out for me from his side. Thank you, Jake!
not able to edit raffle also not letting me end current raffle so i cant create a new one. however easy to use
