HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Pinterest denies my merchant account due to incomplete and/or plagiarized information but will not tell me specifically what that means or how to fix it. Getting help is like pulling teeth especially when I have rechecked and check again to make sure all info is complete and I am clueless as to plagiarized accusation. Wow... what a terrible experience so far. Pinterest says my shop doesn't meet their guidelines because I don't have shipping policy (which isn't true) ... I've appealed and send the URL 3 times and they keep rejecting with no explanation. I feel like this app was hyped and launched before they figured this all out. Very frustrating!!

Terrible service, If you are starting out don't bother to use this app, you will automatically fail their merchant requirements. You have to submit an appeal and you can't talk to anyone.

Another issue is I'm unable to add billing details unsure if this Is because of the above.
