I just love looking in Pinterest. I have looked at the site with friends and was amazed on the deal and navigation through each department was easy.
Finally got it. Don't be disheartened when you are trying to add this plug in here (UK user), it did say "Not compatible" but it seems just to be a bug on the app store. Did manage to install it finally after clicking "view all reviews" it came up just fine. Be aware Chrome makes installing impossible (at least for me) so use another browser. Looking forward trying it out now.

It is a very good app, I connected Pinterest myself without issues. It took a moment to register that I had set up billing already and prompted me to set it up again, but otherwise great!

It was a very easy process for me to connect my Shopify eCommerce store to Pinterest. I'm someone with no computer experience.
It was ok, very easy.
When you set up a connection to Shopify, coming from Shopify/SalesChannels (like I did) then you have no idea what to pay and why to give a credit card for the 1st time visit Pinterest. When you are back in the Pinterest app at Shopify, there is the info about paying ADs. Thanks for giving a 100$ start bonus for ADs.
Installation was easy and made account connection a breeze. Looking forward to seeing how it helps my business.
