I would give this app a zero if I could.

There are 2400 apps on shopify currently and this one should easily rank 2390th or lower.

I've worked with 8 ecom stores and countless apps, and I have to say, this one is head and shoulders the worst app I've ever had the misfortune of needing to work with.

I'll get it to work and then a few weeks later something has made it stop working and I need to go through and remove all my extensions and open up my browsers (multiple browsers because I need to try multiple to get it to work) to all kinds of risks and grant all kinds of permissions just to use this bloody app.

I am so happy I installed Pinterest app on my Shopify store. I’ve had over 800 new visitors to my shop in just 8 days. Other apps don’t compare. Love Pinterest. It’s easy to install and it brings results.

The app doesn't work - full stop. Shopify tells you to email shopify-help@pinterest.com. Sometimes Pinterest gets back with rather useless suggestions that is if they get back to you at all. I've been trying to get this piece of crap going for 3 weeks. I give up!

I used the app to configure my Pinterest account to my Social Media accounts and it worked great. It would be great to have a step by step tutorial available for newbies.

It helps me to get my ideas out to a large audience of like minded, fashion fanatics like myself. I love the feedback from people as I post outfit ideas from my store.

Me parece que el algoritmo de búsqueda funciona de forma increíble relacionando unas fotos con otras y mostrándote lo que te puede interesar, y que el sistema de tableros es muy bueno para tener ordenadas todas las cosas. El pero que le pongo es que en temas de moda es muy difícil encontrar la prenda que se visualiza, pero van mejorando y cada vez hay mas marcas involucradas y mas enlaces directos a la página de compra.

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the Pinterest Merchant Services. As a business owner who has successfully used other platforms like Google Merchant, TikTok Shop, Snapchat, and Bing, I am extremely frustrated with the difficulties I have encountered in getting my merchant catalog active on Pinterest for retargeting purposes.

Despite diligently following the guidelines and making the necessary adjustments to meet the quality standards, my account was still not approved. The lack of detailed feedback and the opaque process made it even more challenging to address the issues effectively. In contrast, the approval processes on Google Merchant, TikTok Shop, Snapchat, and Bing were much more straightforward and transparent, allowing me to quickly set up and start retargeting my products.

Pinterest's stringent and unclear policies have created unnecessary hurdles, delaying my ability to reach potential customers and grow my business through their platform. It’s disappointing that such a popular social media site makes it so difficult for businesses to use their merchant services effectively.

I hope Pinterest takes this feedback seriously and works towards making their approval process more user-friendly and transparent. Until then, I will continue to rely on the more efficient services of Google Merchant, TikTok Shop, Snapchat, and Bing for my business needs.

Ive been using pinterest for ideas for years now and since i finally started my own business i couldn't wait to publish my business online. Super easy to set up, i essentially just said yes and no occasionally and a few clicks of a button and it was all set up.
