Really fantastic team at Plobal. Very responsive and they go the extra distance for their customers. They did an excellent job of designing the look and functionality of our app . Neil and Rutuja made the whole experience from the set up to the marketing of our app flawless.

This was a very simple and easy solution to our needs for a mobile app. We are very happy with it so far. The support we received throughout the design and setup process was amazing!

It is a very good app, they keep improve their product, just i hope it is more flexible with the design, a little bit more =)

So far so good. We haven't finished fully installing, but the customer service has been phenomenal. Which is why I installed it in the first place. They make me feel warm and fuzzy inside, that if I had any issues I feel like it will get resolved. Thanks for the help Yuvraj!

The team is crazy ! I mean it totally in a good way ! Go for Plobal apps not for the amazing product they offer but for the amazing family feel that the team has ! My app is not even ready yet, but the help provided to me by the team (Sumant) has just blown me away already .... Special mention to Sumant for his service by going out of the way !

First of all their staff is AMAZING. Working with Deeksha has been wonderful. She is very patient in explaining things and working through any issues that arise. The app is fairly easy to set up and the staff we worked with during that process was extremely proficient. Make sure you have time to dedicate to this - ie don't start the process during your busiest season. The visual portion of the mobile app can be manipulated pretty easily and is very flexible. Mostly plug in photos and sections from your website and poof! The push notifications are very flexible as to frequency, reason, and the verbiage can be tailored to your demographic and products. I am very pleased with this mobile app and would recommend it to other Shopify websites looking for a mobile presence.

The customer service they provide from Sumant and Yuvi are awesome, they give us the full support to publish our apps as soon as we have with all features we asked them.. We're looking for go more forward with them.

Plobal Apps has been great to work with. I am not very computer savvy and they made everything very user friendly to get up and running!! highly recommend.
